1. Start with clean, hydrated skin.
Apply a few drops of your favourite facial oil or moisturiser to help your Gua Sha tool glide easily.

2. Warm it up (optional but lovely).
Run your stainless steel Gua Sha under warm (not hot!) water before use for a soothing, spa-like experience. Just be careful—if it’s too hot, it can burn.

3. Hold your Gua Sha at a 15° angle.
Gently press the tool flat against your face and use upward and outward strokes.

4. Follow the natural contours of your face.
Sweep from your chin to your ear, cheek to temple, and under-eye to hairline. Use smaller edges for delicate areas like under the eyes and around the mouth.

5. Use light, even pressure.
It’s not about force—it’s about flow. Take your time and let your Gua Sha do the work.

6. Clean after each use
Rinse your facial tool with warm water and mild soap, then dry thoroughly.
