Creative Content Producer (Part-Time)

Gold Coast | ~16 hrs/week | Opportunity to Grow

 

We’re looking for a Part-Time Creative Content Producer to work across two established Gold Coast–based brands in events, e-commerce, and technology:

• Make My Shave – e-commerce beauty & skincare brand for women
• The Palms Agency – premium event photography

This is a hands-on execution role focused on producing, editing, and publishing high-quality social content using both traditional and AI-assisted tools.

This is not an influencer role or a senior marketing position. It’s for a proactive creative who enjoys turning ideas into finished assets and wants to grow alongside real brands.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Working closely with the Founders, you will:

• Edit short-form video (Reels, Stories, paid ads)

• Turn founder-recorded footage into polished, platform-ready content

• Assist with scripting and hook development

• Create product and routine-based content

• Repurpose footage into multiple creative variations

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Higgsfield, Photoroom, etc.) to enhance production efficiency

• Schedule and publish weekly content

• Support reactive content around launches and events

• Attend occasional in-person shoots and filming sessions

Success in this role means:

• Consistent weekly content output

• Fast idea-to-publish turnaround

• Clean, organised asset management

• Creative experimentation within brand guardrails

 

ABOUT YOU

• Gold Coast–based (Burleigh / Miami preferred)

• Confident filming on a modern iPhone

• Experienced with CapCut or similar editing software

• Comfortable using AI as a tool, not a crutch

• Organised, reliable, and clear communicator

• High initiative and positive energy

• Interested in e-commerce, events, and emerging tech

 

ESSENTIALS

• Valid driver’s licence

• Reliable vehicle

• Modern iPhone suitable for filming

• Flexibility for occasional early mornings or evenings, attending events 

 

HOURS & PAY

• ~16 hours per week (2–4 days)

• 80% remote / 20% in-person

• $30–45/hr depending on experience

• Paid trial period

• Opportunity to increase responsibility and hours as the brands grow
