If you purchased the Starter Kit, you will automatically gain access to a Make My Shave account. You'll receive a second email inviting you to log in and manage your subscription. (if you don't receive it, check your sneaky spam mail as it can sometimes hide in there.)

From here, you can view your orders, change delivery dates, pause or cancel your subscription.

If you want to change the delivery frequency of your monthly orders, simply contact us and we will create a personalised delivery frequency for you!

There are no restrictions around changing dates, we’re here to make your life smoother.

If you want to log into your account via our website, you must set up a password. Here are some simple instructions:

1. Visit: www.makemyshave.com.au/account/register

2. Add your details and click 'Create Account'

3. Please note that you must enter the same email address that you used at checkout

If you opted for the convenience of our subscription service, your Refills will automatically be delivered to your door as per your shave plan - every 1, 2 or 3 months.

Three days before your Refills are shipped, you will receive an email notification. (please note: that the email will say Starter Kit, however, you will automatically receive a Refill Kit.)

If you purchased our Bundle Box or Razor Only option, topping up may be on your mind.
Don't worry, you can order 4x fresh and fabulous blades at any time.

Getting started with your Make My Shave is super easy, simply clip your new razor head to the handle and activate the moisture cushion by rinsing the head under water.

To make sure your blades and the lubrication cushion last as long as possible, keep your razor out of water when not in use. Never leave it lying face down.

Keeping your razor on the razor holder can extend the life of your Make My Shave.

To make sure your blades don't end up in landfill, we provide a recycling option for your used razor heads.

Here's how it works:
1. Purchase our pre-paid pink mailer.
2. Fill the mailer with your used razor heads including plastic caps. (Your mailer can hold up to 24 Make My Shave razor heads).
3. Pop it in the nearest post-post.

What happens next?
Once they're returned to us, they're put in our Zero Waste Box™ then shipped to TerraCycle® Australia. Everything collected through the Zero Waste Box™ system is sorted and processed into raw materials that can be reused instead of being sent to landfill.

Reforestation lies at the heart of Make My Shave. Trees are critical to helping rebalance our environment and combat climate change. They also restore natural habitats for endangered species, like the platypus and koalas.

5% of every subscription purchased - Starter Kit and Refill Kits goes directly to our partner, House of 10,000 Petals Regeneration Trust.

The collaboration supports regenerative projects in Corndale, a subtropical area in Northern NSW. In addition to our donations, the Make My Shave team will also be putting shovels into the ground and actively participating in tree planting days —planting the seedlings YOU have helped fund.
