If you can’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder — it can sometimes sneak in there.

Once logged in, you can easily view your orders, change delivery dates, or pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

If you’d like to adjust the delivery frequency of your recurring orders, simply get in touch with us and we’ll happily create a personalised schedule that works for you.

Getting started with your Make My Shave Razor is simple.

Clip your new razor head into the handle, then activate the moisture cushion by rinsing the head under water.

To ensure your blades and lubrication cushion last as long as possible, always keep your razor dry when not in use and avoid leaving it face down.

Storing your razor on the holder, can help extend the life of your blades.

To make sure your blades don't end up in landfill, we provide a recycling option for your used razor heads.

Here's how it works:
1. Purchase our pre-paid pink mailer.
2. Fill the mailer with your used razor heads including plastic caps. (Your mailer can hold up to 24 Make My Shave razor heads).
3. Pop it in the nearest post-post.

What happens next?
Once they're returned to us, they're put in our Zero Waste Box™ then shipped to TerraCycle® Australia. Everything collected through the Zero Waste Box™ system is sorted and processed into raw materials that can be reused instead of being sent to landfill.

Fresh blades not only keep your skin glowing and smooth, but also reduce the chance of irritation. Our Refill blades can be purchased from as low as $7.95 per blade.

To change your dermaplaner blade, first remove the silicone cover. Grip the handle firmly and gently push the old blade up and away from the handle to release it. Once removed, slide the new blade into place, ensuring it clicks in securely. Replace the silicone cover for storage and store your dermaplaner safely between uses.

Dermaplaning blades should not be placed loose in household recycling. For safe disposal, store used blades in a secure, rigid container. Once full, take the container to your local council waste facility or approved sharps disposal point. Some councils may allow sealed and clearly labelled sharps containers in general waste — always check your local council guidelines.
