Your order was placed on 11th December and Australia Post confirmed that it was delivered on Friday 15th December at 10:29 AM. After you reported your item to be missing, we raised an investigation with Australia Post. Their case findings confirmed that your parcel was delivered directly to your letterbox on the 15th of December. While this investigation was still taking place, we sent you a second replacement package via Express Delivery at our own cost.
